Primary Need:

Description: Program open to Permanent Residents of Canada, Convention Refugees or individuals with a special Minister’s permit or possess an eligibility letter for Permanent Residence from CIC. Provides day and evening English language and literacy programming (from levels Literacy – Level 7), along with Conversation Classes, Citizenship Preparation classes (3 times a year), and Life Skills Workshops (4 times per year). Call for details.
