Primary Need:

Description: Literacy, numeracy and essential skills services that help individuals achieve goals related to further education and training, employment or increased independence.  They offer support in clarifying upgrading goals and developing a training plan to achieve them. Also academic upgrading that helps individuals develop the necessary skills for entry into post-secondary education, apprenticeship training or employment.

Restrictions: Adults 19 years and older who are out of school, with spoken facility in English and literacy skills below Ontario Grade 12 level. Programming for Anglophone learners is also available. Application process required; Needs assessment required, including testing of current abilities in both math and English.
