Description: The Talbot Street Apartments are located in uptown Leamington, Ontario at 93 Talbot Street East. This building was purchased by Access County Community Support Services as part of the Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing Program (COAHP) in collaboration with the Government of Canada, Government of Ontario, and the City of Windsor. This is an affordable housing building that currently charges only 63% of market rental rates; the building offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and bachelor units.  Each apartment features a fridge and stove and has electric heat; tenants are responsible for their own hydro.  Free parking is available behind the building that is  equipped with secure entrances.
