Description: Professional crisis workers provide immediate risk assessment, stabilization, safety planning, crisis follow-up and referral services through 24 hr walk-in service available at Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital Emergency Room. Mobile crisis response service monday through friday, 7am – 11pm. Walk-in service at main office in Jeanne Mance Building during office hours. 24 hour crisis phone line available: 519.973.4435 Situations may include substance abuse, feelings of intense sadness or depression, sleeping or eating problems, anxiety, thoughts of suicide or self harm, severe distress related to relationship issues, family problems, grief, job loss, financial problems, anger, aggression, symptoms of mental illness and more.
