Description: Healthy Smiles is made offered to youth 16 or 17 years of age who can receive no-cost dental treatment at the Health Unit or from a community dentist participating in the program. To qualify a parent must attend an enrollment appointment at the Health Unit, have an annual Adjusted Family Net Income of no more than $20,000, be a resident of Ontario, and not have access to any dental insurance.
