Description: Mental Health Connections provides support and education to family members or caregivers of persons with a mental illness. The Family Support Program meets on a monthly basis (second Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm). It is a twelve-week educational program offered two times per year, and was developed for the families of persons with a mental illness. The curriculum focuses on the symptoms and treatment of serious mental illness. It also provides knowledge and skills to assist family members to cope more effectively.
