Description: Assessment and treatment of all individuals with an eating disorder are offered without age restriction. Psycho-therapy and education is a 12 week group that educates individuals about causes, effects and effective treatments for eating disorders as well as nutrition education. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) level 1: offers a 10 week group that challenges thoughts and beliefs that maintain eating disorder behaviours. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) level 2: is a 20 week group that further challenges unhealthy thought patterns and beliefs that maintain eating disorder behaviours. Family based therapy is offered.
