Primary Need: Legal Supports

Description: Free legal services provided by volunteer law students from the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor. Available to those who qualify financially and jurisdictionally. Services include: tenant matters, Highway Traffic and provincial offences, summary conviction criminal matters, student affairs, Small Claims Court (limited), public legal education and law reform, affidavits and notarization available for a small fee. A legal resource guide is available to public. CLA is a Student Legal Aid Services Society legal clinic funded by Legal Aid Ontario and University of Windsor.
