Description: Emergency assistance program provides funding for heat and energy for those experiencing financial difficulties and in receipt of a notice of termination of heating utilities. Offers workshops to educate consumers on how to conserve and better use energy within households, assistance available from November of each year until exhausted. Maximum assistance of $1000.
