Description: Our offices specialize in helping patients with chemical dependency or addiction to various opioids, such as oxycodone (Oxycontin® and Percocet®), hydromorphone (Dilaudid®), heroin, fentanyl, and morphine. We also provide treatment for concurrent cocaine abuse and addiction. The following services are offered at our modern facility in Leamington: * Methadone Maintenance Program. * Buprenorphine (Suboxone®) Maintenance Program. * On-site full pharmacy. * Mental health counseling and pharmacological treatment (depression, insomnia, anxiety disorders. etc). * Counseling and treatment re cocaine abuse and addiction. * Addictions counseling. * Tapering off methadone program. * Methadone maintenance to Subxone® maintenance program conversion. * Referral re Hep C and HIV testing. * Referral to self help group therapy. * Access to addiction information and resources.
