Description: The court assistance program provides information and assistance to victims, witnesses, and accused in court room location, procedure and protocol.  The Jail and Court assistance program assists offenders through the judicial system, it offers individual and family counselling, emotional support, material assistance, and pastoral care.  In some cases referrals to other services will be offered.
