Description: Ontario Employment Assistance Services (OEAS) – employment services to unemployed people that may include labour market information, employment needs assessment, career planning, employment counselling, diagnostic assessment, job search skills, job finding clubs, job placement services, developing an employment action plan, referral to appropriate intervention, and participant case management and follow-up Assists persons with self-identified disabilities in searching for, obtaining and maintaining employment through a variety of interventions including one-to-one employment counselling, pre-employment workshops, job development and job coaching. Second Career application site. Services also offered in Windsor at the Unemployed Help Centre and Family Service Windsor.
